Return Policy Making your buying experience online as easy and enjoyable is our top priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase and if there is any issue with your product or order, please let us know as soon as possible. Returned items must be strictly in original and unworn condition. For returned shipping, PLEASE NOTIFY US FIRST! You have 14 days within original purchase date to request a return. 2. Return shipping is done at the expense of the customer. Unfortunately we are still trying to figure out how to absorb the costs of returns with our low prices. At the moment, returns must be done solely at the expense of of the customer. We feel this is better than a 'Strictly no return' policy. Please make sure to note an order number when returning an item to us so we can link it to your credit. If we receive a product with no information, there's no way to credit you back! 3. After review of the items, we will return your payment through your original payment method. Items MUST be unworn and in original condition. If not, we will charge a 20% restocking fee. Sometimes we get an extreme case of heavily worn returned shoes. These are thrown out and unfortunately cannot be returned. If you have questions, please notify us beforehand! All accessories on the site are final sale. International orders (Canada and Mexico) are FINAL SALE. Economically, returned orders from outside the Continental United States are not practical and we must adhere to a strict non-refundable policy for international customers. |
